Saint Paul Rotary Foundation Update
Your club foundation’s board of directors met Wednesday, August 31, at FoodSmith. We were
joined by two former St. Paul Sunrise Rotarians.

Highlights include:
- Treasurer’s Report: We have already paid for our share of administrative fees through
- June 30, 2023 totaling $16,374.95.
- Investment Report: Foundation assets are down from a year ago. Investment committee
- is being formed.
- Bylaws were reviewed.
- Club board’s 2022-23 service projects request was approved totaling $20,400. Approval
- included two St. Paul Sunrise projects the club board wants to continue benefitting
- Britney’s Place and Gordon Parks.
- Approved accepting St. Paul Sunrise assets.
- Club update was shared.
