President Dave Dominick called our Rotary meeting to order at 12:15pm. Susan Rostkoski gave the inspirational minute from recent Rotarian magazine. She led in the Four-Way Test. Bo Aylin assisted in calling for visiting Rotarians and guests. None on this day? Matt Magers handled Technology, all by himself. Ken Schaefer introduced the program speaker, Kendall Qualls. His mission: TAKECHARGE
TakeCharge is an organization committed to supporting the notion that the idea of America works for everyone regardless of race and station in life .This is the program Kendall Qualls has been leading for the past two- and one-half years.
New member introduction presented by Bob Cardinal, introducing our newest member, Nick Carmichael. President Dave Dominick thanked Ruth Petermann, who has led new membership for
the past two years. Happy Dollars were collected by Bo Aylin. President Dave announced upcoming events and announcements. The 501 Meeting; Tuesday, October 4th at the University Club. 5:15 PM. This will be a tribute/roast for our staff person, Jodi Erickson, who is moving on to future opportunities. Signature luncheon: Tuesday, October 11.Speaker will be Chris Farrell, Senior Economics Contributor -- MPR. Service Project: October 12th will be Fresh Produce Pickup at Neighborhood House.
