deLaittre is currently the Founding Executive Director of the Great River Passage Conservancy and most recently Manager of the Great River Passage Initiative, leading the strategic development of the 17 miles of Mississippi River in Saint Paul. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Minneapolis Parks Foundation, where she transformed the organization to focus on its new mission, creating the Next Generation of Parks™.
