Joy McElroy is the Executive Director of Cherish All Children, a service of Lutheran Social Service of MN. Their mission is to educate, equip, and engage churches and communities to prevent child sexual exploitation and trafficking. Joy will share with us how we can each make a difference in our own communities to protect children and youth from this serious but often hidden crime. She will introduce us to resources such as the 4-session guide “My Neighbor is Not for Sale” to engage communities in education and prevention, and “Not a Number” interactive youth curriculum to empower youth to identify healthy vs. unhealthy relationships and ways to stay safe.
